Salary Range: $125,000-$140,000 (based on experience)

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Brand & Product Marketing to join our team and play a critical role in shaping marketing strategies that balance brand equity with product differentiation. This position offers the chance to make a real impact in higher education while collaborating with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Brand Marketing:
- Develop and execute high-impact brand marketing campaigns that inspire and connect with audiences.
- Define and champion the brand's identity, ensuring its consistent application across all marketing initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate brand attributes into product campaigns for a cohesive message.
- Drive Product Marketing:
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies for a diverse portfolio of educational programs.
- Craft compelling messaging tailored to specific audience segments and stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product differentiation in competitive markets.
- Execute Integrated Marketing:
- Leverage traditional and digital channels, including influencer marketing, programmatic strategies, and content marketing, to drive engagement.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and modern marketing tools.
- Manage marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, delivering results aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate & Communicate:
- Align product and brand marketing priorities to achieve shared goals.
- Work seamlessly with centers of excellence (COEs) and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, from executives to peers and external partners.
- Manage Projects:
- Independently handle multiple high-priority projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, stepping in wherever needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- Brand Marketing: Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns for recognizable brands, with a focus on brand equity and storytelling.
- Product Marketing: Expertise in go-to-market strategies, audience segmentation, and messaging that drives customer engagement.
- Integrated Marketing: Proficiency in blending traditional and digital strategies, including influencer marketing and programmatic campaigns.
- Budget Management Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across brand and product marketing initiatives.
- Skills:

Requirements:
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of our core locations: Columbia, MD | Downtown Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN | Chandler, AZ.
- Willingness to work 4 days in-office as part of a hybrid model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer marketing, including acquisition and campaign management.
- Familiarity with higher education marketing or a related industry (a bonus but not required).
- Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Asana.
