Position: Project Manager (PART TIME)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 month contract
Rate Range: $80-85 per hour
Position Overview:
This will be a part time (20-25 hours per week) Project Manager
Flexible on hours and days but ideally 12-5 EST
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a transformative project for our client in the hospitality industry. This role involves implementing Delphi (a platform used within Salesforce). Delphi which is used for Hotels, Meetings/Events, and Revenue Management.
Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Salesforce & Delphi Intefration experience
- Change Management skills
- Atlassian suite – Jira and confluence
- MS Suite – Excel, PowerPoint
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Project Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Delphi for the client.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including business understanding, requirements gathering, discovery, road mapping, and final implementation.
Change Management:
- Drive organizational change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce Delphi.
- Conduct training sessions and provide continuous support to the clients team during the transition period.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Delphi to optimize its use for Hotels, Meetings/Events, and Revenue Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the client to understand their business needs and tailor the Salesforce Delphi solution to meet those needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the new system.
