PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage in projects that significantly drive the business productivity and profitability. * Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving. * Lead and participate in Process Failure Mode and Affect Analysis (PFMEA) and dimensional engineering strategies. * Create quality documents, lead product and process qualification, and complete audit processes. * Gather and analyze data through statistical techniques while using computer software tools, such as Excel or Minitab, to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities. * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plans and work instructions. * Perform and analyze fabrication and assembly equipment process capability studies and developing process validation plans and documenting results.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
* GPA 3.0 or higher * B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degree. * Previous Internship or Co-op Experience Leadership/involvement on campus or in the community. * Strong people skills, able to work in a highly collaborative team environment. * Must be willing to travel up to 25% when required.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Quick learner with high level of ambition and drive.
COMPENSATION:Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480- $102,720.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
