Responsibilities

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all products into the store point of sale system and will manage any outgoing shipments as needed. This position ensures inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. You will work with vendors to process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA). Our Inventory Coordinator will complete cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate along with assisting with stocking inventory on the sales floor. This position will work to fulfill online customer orders and get orders picked and packed for curbside pickup or home delivery. Qualifications

  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Professional and timely internal and external communication
  • Strong mathematical skills required
  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-drive
  • Collaborative and customer-centric
  • Willing to go above and beyond when needed
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team
  • Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions

Additional Requirements:  Hours of work for this position may vary based on work schedule. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
