Primary Patient Population:

Neonate (Premature infants to full-term)
Level 3 NICU
Level 2 Step Down

Primary skills utilized/learned:

Ventilators/Nasal Cannula/CPAP/Vapotherm/NIMV
Central line care
Tube feeds
Weight-based medication dosing
Time management, critical thinking, delegating

Personnel RN will work with:

Nurse Interns, NPs, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

BSN
Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
