Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruitment Programs, Outreach and Compliance, within the Talent Acquisition and Career Mobility center of expertise, the Recruitment Outreach Programs Manager will not only manage existing outreach partners hiring initiatives, they will help us identify new and different ways to bring diverse talent into our company. The selected individual will help us think about roles differently to accommodate different worker types and examine existing recruitment programs to ensure they meet our current and future needs. As a highly collaborative position, this role requires very strong teamwork and cross-functional relationship management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in developing the outreach recruitment strategy for the company.
- Lead the enterprise Recruitment Outreach & Events working group
- In collaboration with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion COE, manage existing diversity partnerships from a talent attraction and acquisition perspective
- Work with existing partners to leverage their sourcing tools and capabilities
- Research new diversity partnerships and share with sector teams
- Assess programs that accommodate different worker types to include job sharing, work schedule requirements and individuals returning to the workforce
- Measure diversity hiring data
- Assess and revamp the employee referral program
- Create resources to support and prepare business sector event reps across enterprise
- Track and manage cross-sector event alignment
- Lead enterprise recruitment events
- Manage external survey submissions for awards
- Support the development and delivery of hiring manager training on selection and inclusive hiring practices
- Manage our virtual event tools, Phenom Events, event campaigns
- Participate in the selection of new vendors and capabilities that advance our outreach efforts from a technology perspective
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 6-8 years work experience (equivalent experience may be substituted for the degree)
- At least 3 years' direct recruitment experience
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of talent attraction, candidate screening, and sourcing techniques
- Experience working with managers or hiring teams to build a staffing strategy for different roles or job types
- Working knowledge of how diversity, equity and inclusion drive business success
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across functions, teams, and work groups in the delivery of a project or initiative
- Experience coaching, training and influencing hiring managers and leaders
- Demonstrated working knowledge of TA technology and systems
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to include written communication and delivering information sessions
- Effective project and event management skills
- Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Direct experience working with diversity partners or other recruiting vendors
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
