As a Quality Technician, you will be supporting Programs within classified AS9100 electronics manufacturing environments to deliver the highest customer satisfaction. You will be a NJ MPA (Manufacturing Product Assurance) team member of the C4ISR product line that resides in the Adaptive Communication & Sensing (ACS&S) Business Area.

Responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:

Conducting ITSRs and product purge and containment activities.
Supporting and conducting the Internal and Factory Audits.
Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies and data related to production.
Support CAB metrics and COPQ initiatives.
Support MRB and NC disposition initiatives.
Support Factory CAR and RCCA initiatives.
Work with factory support to continuously improve the process through PCR changes.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
Must exhibit initiative and leadership skills necessary to collaboratively prioritize and adapt daily schedule to best support business critical needs.
Previous Inspection and Auditing experience.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Six Sigma Belt Experience
Secret Clearance
FAI (First Article Inspection) Reports.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $68520 - $109680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
