Job Summary
Ensure integrity of vendor data for the kitting group including pricing, material characteristics and vendor master. Oversee vendor relationships for domestic and international suppliers to ensure pricing agreements are upheld, and effectively executed. Analyze, report, and resolve vendor data related discrepancies between the kitting group and vendor partners.Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee vendor pricing relationship; communicate vendor pricing changes and variances to internal stakeholders.
Resolve discrepancies.
Analyze and preload price changes in SAP and AS400 on appropriate dates.
Provide reporting on impact of price changes and under/overbilling to business.
Assist divisional teams in updating vendor data including relocating items to new vendors.
Provide point of expertise for vendor data.
Analyze price updates under various cost models to define total impact to the division.
Provide data to divisional partners (Sourcing, Product Management etc.) for decision making.
Assist in resolution of accounting issues related to pricing discrepancies.
Provide support for New Item Creation
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience (finance, supply-chain, analytics)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, sort/filter, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).

Work Experience
Purchasing or Buying Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Basic Negotiation skills
Data Analytics experience
Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear, logically sound conclusions.
Experience completing projects within timelines.
