As
a Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial
role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various aspects
of a program, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and
reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll
work out of our [City, State] location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs
by ensuring effective program controls and providing insights and
recommendations to drive project success. You will work with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and meet quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Guide and manage the program controls
function for multiple projects
* Develop and implement project
planning and scheduling strategies
* Monitor and control project costs and
budgets
* Identify and mitigate project risks
and issues
* Analyze project performance metrics
and provide insights and recommendations
* Work with cross-functional teams to
ensure project success
* Ensure compliance with project
management standards and best practices

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40
days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended
depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 -
$130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general
guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,
including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,
the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as
market and business considerations.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE* Minimum of 5 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles with earned value experience
* Strong guide and team management skills
* Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills
* Strong insight of project management ethics and methodologies
* Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
* Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

* Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
