Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Operations Representative in Green Bay to work with owner-operators to ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Representative will execute daily operational processes that ensure high-quality service is delivered and act as a liaison between owner-operators and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with owner-operators.
Resolve problems involving customer service, internal departments and external vendors.
Identify areas of improvement with owner-operators and communicate those opportunities.
Match available capacity to customer delivery needs.
Use planning processes and decision-making tools to develop optimal plans.

Skills and qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft systems.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Outstanding project management skills.

Pay and benefits:

Additional $1.25 per hour on second and third shift, $2.00 per hour on weekends.
