Our manufacturing / wholesale supply client is looking for a full-time, direct-hire Marketing / Sales Support Manager to join their team. This role is 100% onsite in Kent, WA. They are looking to hire someone immediately.
In this role you will:
- report to the SVP of Sales + Marketing
- lead a team of about five people: allocating + delegating tasks, managing workflow, and ensuring deadlines are being met
- ensure sales + marketing collateral are being produced on time (sell sheets, catalogs/binders, web updates, product launches, etc.) to be used by the sales team + retailers
- provide updates and work with key stakeholders
- work cross-functionally with sales managers, product managers, business directors, etc.
- track, analyze, and optimize sales support performance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with at least 1-3+ years of leadership experience)
- experience working on GTM campaigns for physical products, ideally in the construction, manufacturing industries (e.g. garages, windows, flooring, roofing, etc.)
- a strong attention to detail (ensuring there aren't errors on items going to print)
- a proven track record leading a team + ensuring their productivity
- experience in the retail or resale market - specifically with physical products
- experience marketing to retailers / wholesale accounts AND direct-to-customer
