Our worldwide Security Marketing Team is looking for a product marketing manager who specializes in operations and communications to help run events, rhythm of business, and customer comms strategies and writing.

Key projects:

• Drive rhythm of business operations across Monthly Business Reviews, product roadmap, and team wallows.
• Support event logistics, including workback schedules, booth scheduling, t-minus communications.
• Drive customer comms strategies related to product changes, pricing, new features, and partner with product teams on key projects.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:

• Work with the Audience PMM to build and operate Monthly Business Reviews, roadmap rhythm and updates, event support.
• Partner with product PMMs to support customer comms strategies, pricing updates, website changes
• Lead and collaborate across a distributed group of stakeholders, including marketing, content/design vendors, business development, engineering.
• Review weekly status with various stakeholders, identify and surface risks and help needed.

Qualifications

• Lead with the end in mind and customer-first mindset
• Collaborative and curious approach to working environment
• Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills, eye for detail
• Demonstrated + proven success building + delivering customer messaging, operations / project management, and event support, 8+ years preferred.
• Understanding of cloud or software solutions or products, experience with our products is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.62 to $70.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
