Job Overview: Our team is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in paid media and general marketing support. This role focuses on engagement marketing, paid acquisition, and providing ad-hoc support across various marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Marketing:
- Build and manage email campaigns using internal platforms.
- Handle on-site merchandising, leveraging internal tools for setup and maintenance.
- Pull reports, manage workflow requests, and support team operations through Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Streamline partner requests, maintain the team calendar, and drive organizational initiatives.

Paid Acquisition & Paid Media:
- Assist in data pulls and reporting for paid media activities.
- Run self-service ads and help build, execute, and optimize media plans across platforms.
- Monitor and refine ad performance for maximum impact.

Ad-Hoc Team Support:
- Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling and organization.
- Offer general support across various marketing tools and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years in paid media and marketing, with hands-on experience in self-service paid media platforms.
- Software Proficiency:
- Self-service ad managers (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
- MS Office, specifically Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleaning, and sorting).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Basecamp) is a plus.
- Basic SQL and email marketing experience are added advantages.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in self-service paid media (1-2 years minimum).
- Exposure to email marketing is a plus.
- A marketing generalist background is acceptable, though self-service paid media experience is preferred.
Ideal Candidate: An organized and proactive individual with foundational marketing experience, especially in paid media. This role suits someone who's excited about engagement marketing, analytics, and supporting team operations in a fast-paced environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $ 28.00-33.00 /hr an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
