Our well known financial services client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Manager with a strong Analytical Mindset to support post-launch tracking and reporting, operationalize performance monitoring, and enhance customer experience routines for one of their credit card offerings. This role will be pivotal in supporting product management activities across marketing, customer experience, and operations while partnering with Digital and Technology teams to drive future releases and marketing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Support post-launch tracking and reporting of Digital and Marketing performance metrics.

Operationalize customer experience monitoring and establish regular performance routines.

Provide actionable insights to improve marketing and customer experience initiatives.

Product Management Support:

Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to support key product management activities.

Identify opportunities for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations.

Partnership and Delivery:

Partner with Digital and Technology teams to support the delivery and testing of future product releases.

Assist in developing incremental capabilities, such as new payment features and marketing enhancements.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
