Manage the Perioperative project process that supports the Perioperative Sales field teams.Manage and report on the Perioperative Project Manager-Quoting team's performance and overall direction of their efforts.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and develop procedures through the Periop Projects process to drive financial outcomes for existing customer. Coordinate with multiple departments and Sales groups to create Sales strategies and optimize the results.
Responsible for determining and reporting on turn times for major activities involved in the Periop Project processes. Major drivers in this work are improved turn times and accuracy. Track work intake logs, audit reports and field feedback.
Serve as sales management's initial escalation point on contract terms and conditions. Address questions, concerns, and coordination of resources.
Develop and mentor Project Managers through 1:1, team meetings, trainings, development opportunities and performance management processes.
Develop targeting strategies with the field to the divisions to focus on specific opportunities within existing accounts. Incorporate reporting and targeting for the Periop Specialists and the Acute Care Reps.
Conduct and manage various ad hoc requests, analyses, and projects. Potential travel to assist in customer engagements, business reviews, and large scale product fair events.
Develop and provide training to the field on various Corporate Sales services, offerings, and processes.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in sales analysis or related area.
Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.
Additional
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Experience collaborating with (internal resources, external resources, both) to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Relevant Work Experience
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
