Position Overview
We are seeking an interim Manager of Marketing Operations to support our Organizational Operations team for a 13-week assignment with potential to extend or convert to full-time. This role will be critical in maintaining and improving our marketing operations processes, documentation, and team initiatives.
Work Location & Schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office required)
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time position
- No expected overtime
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager of Organizational Operations in various strategic initiatives
- Manage and facilitate weekly leadership meetings and monthly organizational meetings
- Create and review presentations, reports, and documentation
- Oversee AES-related initiatives and onboarding processes
- Maintain departmental documentation and file management systems
- Assist with budget management and administrative operations
- Review files for compliance with document storage standards
- Support the launch of new programs and initiatives
- Plan and execute team culture initiatives and events
- Manage SharePoint administration and access controls
- Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of project management experience within a marketing organization
- 2+ years of SharePoint experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and document management capabilities
- Experience in managing cross-functional relationships
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills
Team Structure
This position is part of a three-person Organizational Operations team within the broader Marketing Operations department, supporting a marketing organization of approximately 200 associates.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
