Volt is hiring Assemblers for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift for a leading Manufacturing Company in Colorado Springs, CO.
As a Assembler you will:
Shift:
1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00 pm - Pay $16.25/hr
2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm - Pay: $16.75/hr
3rd shift: 10:30pm-7:00am - Pay: $17.25/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Assembler you will:
- Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station for the assembly of hydrants
- Regularly lifting 20-46 pounds
- Notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attention
- Maintain quality
- Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Previous assembly experience preferred
- Close Toed Shoes required; safety glasses provided
- Good mechanical aptitude and vision/finger dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Must pass pre employment screenings
Shift:
1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00 pm - Pay $16.25/hr
2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm - Pay: $16.75/hr
3rd shift: 10:30pm-7:00am - Pay: $17.25/hr

- Quarterly catered lunch/dinner
- Holiday Bonus
- Company provided Thanksgiving Turkey and Christmas Ham
- On-Site massage therapist
- Regular OT (expect to work 50 hours per week)
- Full time hired employees are eligible for Profit Sharing (big selling point for someone looking for long term)
