Volt is immediately hiring for IT Implementation Engineer in Remote.

As an IT Implementation Engineer, you will:

Engineering and implementing the following technologies: Broadband, Dedicated Internet Access, LTE services, Satellite Services
Managing several projects simultaneously of various sizes and types.
Familiar with telecommunication billing terminology
Consulting with branch resources to define needs and requirements in accordance with established standards.
Ordering and facilitating the installation of data services when applicable.
Analysing location for upgrades of data services and ordering via vendor portals or process.
Working with vendors to establish requirements needed based upon services to be installed.
Ordering and coordinating the installation of required hardware needed in the building by the 3rd party vendors if applicable.
Coordinating with networking engineers for upgrade of internet services
Requesting and providing IP addresses, bind data and circuit information to activate network services.
Communicating conduit, data, and fiber requirements to required parties.
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and tracking of work-order activities in defined enterprise tools. To include completion of all tasks (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project).

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

1-5 years' experience with implementation engineering.
1-5 years Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, etc.).
Knowledge of project/task management systems preferred. (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project).
1-5 years' experience with coordination of data technologies preferred.
Familiar with basic internet hardware requirements needed for a network.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
