In this role, the Internal Communications Coordinator will serve as the project manager for companywide internal communications projects, working with their Internal Communications teammates as well as teams across the company.They will be responsible for building project timelines, keeping their team on task and ensuring their teammates have what they need to hit deadlines. They will have the opportunity to build their project management skills, while also recommending new processes and procedures that help the Internal Communications team work more effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to anticipate potential project roadblocks and project management experience. The objective of this role is to ensure all internal communications project run smoothly and efficiently.
Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: $30.75 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $31.75 | Year 3 - $33.25 | Year 4 - $34.75
Work Location: Naperville, IL
This role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
