- Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled emails and calls.
- Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account
- Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts
- Uses Lifetouch's consultative selling strategy and approach, consistently,to maximize sales.Listens carefully to ensure prospectivecustomers'needs are understood and addressed as well as effectively respond to and overcome objections.
- Uses customer relationship management (CRM, specifically Salesforce) system toefficiently and accurately documentthesales process status, track contacts,as well as enter and update data.
- Demonstrates knowledge andexpertiseby clearly explaining product/service features and benefits, pricing, commission, execution,and collection process.
- Provides professional customer support by speaking clearly, checking for understanding, offering solutions andadditionalassistance, working efficiently,and following up.
- Safeguardsallcustomer,employee,and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer and employee data iskept confidential at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Detail-orientedin the execution and follow-up of work.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance and execute against multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
- Takes initiative.
- High School diploma,GEDor equivalent experience.
- Post-secondaryeducation,preferred.
- 1 - 3 years sales and/or customer account service/support
- Builds, maintains, and strengthens long lasting customer relationships
- Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs
- Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system
- Telephone sales with daily goals, strongly preferred
- Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
- Working with cross-functional teams
