HOME CARE CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA)

Full Time

Job Description:

• Provide patient care services.
• Document patient data.
• Communicate as necessary with intercompany and intracompany contacts.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant course from an American Occupational Therapy Association approved program.
• Current licensure from the state where therapy will be provided.
• Minimum of one year of therapeutic experience in a non-home health care environment.
• Strong knowledge of theory and concepts relating to the practice of occupational therapy and the ability to treat patients for whom a physician's order exists.
• Must be CPR certified and possess strong communication and organization skills.
• Must accept travel and working conditions as assigned.
