Position Summary:
As a Global Partner Marketing Programs Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the execution of global partner programs and campaigns. This role is ideal for a self-starter with an eye for detail, a creative mindset, and an interest in marketing operations, communications, and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management & Analysis:
Perform data mining across partner communication distribution lists.
Identify and document gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Lead Distribution & Contact Accuracy:
Review and validate partner contacts in Partner Marketing Central (PMC).
Ensure correct routing and access for lead distribution.
Support database cleanup projects to improve the accuracy of partner communications.
• Creative Support:
Assist in the creation of visual assets using existing Creatopy and Canva for partner-facing materials and campaigns.
Develop graphics and templates in Creatopy for newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts to enhance partner engagement.
• Webinar Support:
Participate in monthly partner webinars, assisting with planning, content preparation, and follow-up.
Draft post-webinar summaries, key takeaways, and follow-up communications to be shared with partners.
• Program Submission Review:
Monitor and route incoming partner submissions to the appropriate internal programs and stakeholders.
Help track partner program engagement and compile insights for communications strategy adjustments.
• Campaign Tracking & Reporting:
Create Salesforce (SFDC) campaigns to enable proper tracking of partner engagement and program metrics.
Programs Support:
Updating specific Global Partner Marketing Campaigns Monthly to roll out to regions.
Support the localization of partner messaging for different regions and audiences.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Asana, Canva, Creatopy, or similar platforms.
• Experience or coursework in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Eloqua and Taxi is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
