Are you ready to take center stage in a dynamic, fast-paced global marketing environment? We’re seeking a confident and adaptable Project Manager to orchestrate cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns across the LATAM and APAC regions. Based in beautiful Irvine, CA, you’ll be the linchpin connecting our US headquarters with diverse LATAM and APAC markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Confer with internal clients, management, production and marketing staff across different countries and time zones to discuss project specifications and procedures
- Document project specifications and decisions and share with applicable stakeholders
- Assign resources, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Manage the creative workflow, translations, reviews and approvals, and version controls
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
Skills:

- Strong ability to delegate work, communicate expectations, and hold team members accountable
- Strong collaboration, leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Strong knowledge of creative and digital marketing production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing effective production workflows
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Strong knowledge or creative workflows and creative project management software like Adobe Workfront, Podio, or JIRA

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 to $32. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
