EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Hybrid in Lexington, MA

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Corporate Executive Assistant with one of our direct clients in the Pharmaceutical & Biotech field.
- Position type: Contract
- Duration: 7+ Months
- Location: Lexington, MA
- Pay Rate: $32.19/hr
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible to:
To manage complex calendars, schedule and coordinate travel bookings such has hotel and travel accommodations, will handle all corporate expense reports through Concur and will be responsible to deliver executive support. Experience working as an Executive Assistant or high level Administrative Assistant is required.
The ideal candidate will/must:
- MUST RESIDE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE OF LEXINGTON, MA - NO RELOCATION & NO EXCEPTION!
- 3+ years recent hands on work experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant with experience in providing executive support
- Strong calendar management experience, must have excellent hands on work experience in managing and mastering complex calendars
- Experience in managing expenses, expense reports utilizing Concur is required
- Previous work experience with a large Pharma, Medical Device or Biotechnology corporation is a huge plus (Must have corporate experience)
- Strong experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel bookings etc.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
