Director of Marketing

Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing department in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness. This role will be pivotal in managing digital marketing efforts, overseeing ECommerce initiatives, and utilizing HubSpot for customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Direct and oversee the sales team to drive sales performance and meet revenue targets. Provide strategic guidance in sales planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead Generation:: Develop & execute integrated marketing strategies that support revenue goals including overseeing promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and market positioning efforts
  • Digital marketing: Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies, focusing on driving online sales. Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Shopify ecommerce platform, email, SMS, affiliate programs, paid social, SEO, and SEM
  • Performance & Budget Management: Collaborate with Ops Leader to manage revenue budgets, forecasts, and campaign performance.. Monitor key marketing and sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Ensure a customer-centric approach across revenue channels, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track results against goals and make adjustments as needed. Analyze data to determine how to increase leads and revenues while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in marketing direction, revenue management, sales leadership, or related roles within the healthcare technology or medical device industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic revenue plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
