Reporting to Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting data, analyzing significance, and sharing learnings with our marketing and communications team. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of digital media and must be able to interpret results for purposes of understanding and optimizing campaigns and informing business decisions across the firm.
The position will analyze data across our digital channels to find actionable insights that will enhance user experience, gain visibility for the firm, and inform content strategy.
The analyst will collaborate with the team to refine the digital analytics tools and setup for all of our channels and support the development of reporting tools and dashboards. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and brings a passion for learning, testing and data-informed decision making. Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, have outstanding organizational skills, and a strong commitment to client service. This position requires a very high energy level and flexibility with occasional overtime hours and business travel.

Key functions and responsibilities include:
Data Collection and Visualization: Collect, evaluate, and visualize marketing data from diverse sources and complex integrations.
Data-First Storytelling: Develop client-facing summaries on a scheduled and ad hoc basis using marketing analytics metrics.
Testing: Collaborate with the team to design experiments and test hypotheses to evaluate effectiveness.
Media and Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with media and channel partners to optimize our marketing performance for conversions (multi-touch campaign channel attribution optimizations). Identify areas to improve traffic and conversions from marketing data, including A/B testing experiments and other tactics.
Advanced Digital Tagging and Tracking Management: Work closely with development teams to implement custom tagging and triggers. Understand data collection through the GA4 data analyzer and maintain performance dashboards.
Project Management and Collaboration: Manage multiple projects, ensuring tight deadlines are met while coordinating with team members and outside vendors as required.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Math, Business, or related quantitative discipline
At least three years of relevant digital marketing, web analytics, and research experience.
Advanced understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, business intelligence and reporting tools. Google Analytics Certification required
Knowledge of current standards in digital and interactive marketing reporting, including trends and best practices
Ability to analyze and synthesize data elements; ability to problem-solve and think strategically
Ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical colleagues and communicate results in a concise manner
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and concurrent projects along with excellent time management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working successfully with all levels of seniority
Successful candidates must have a basic technical proficiency in the following:
PC Platform
Document Management software including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), iManage, and Adobe Acrobat
Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Web analytics Software including Google Analytics. Experience with Sitecore, and Sprout a plus
Social media analytics including X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, SnapChat, Instagram, and WeChat
Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau
Communications tools including Outlook, Teams, Citrix, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and WebEx

For positions in NY, the salary range for this job posting is
$78,500.00 - $125,600.00.The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
