Our client’s Creative Studio is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Digital Asset Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio’s creative workflow. Are you a data maestro with a passion for organization and process? In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring our client’s digital assets are accurately tagged, organized, and easily accessible to their creative teams. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity and searchability of their digital asset management system (DAM).
What You’ll Do:

Enrich creative assets with metadata, including usage rights, embargo dates, project details, and product information.

Manage and maintain our client’s digital asset management system (DAM), ensuring data integrity and searchability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and implement data governance processes within the Creative Studio.

Support the content supply chain, user education, and future asset management innovations for the client’s creative team.

Troubleshoot searchability issues and improve the overall usability of our client’s DAM ecosystem.

Contribute to the documentation and standardization of asset management procedures for the Creative Studio.
What You’ll Need:

2+ years of experience as an asset manager or librarian in an enterprise-level DAM system.

A BA in Library Science

A strong understanding of metadata standards and best practices.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Bridge, Photoshop) is a plus.

Familiarity with digital rights management and legal requirements for creative assets.
Bonus Points:

Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Familiarity with AEM Assets.
-
Experience with Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
