Demo Inventory Specialist
Your role:
- Manage demonstration equipment inventory in the United States for sales operation at the desired service levels, while maintaining the lowest inventory investment possible.
- Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual inventory management processes; audits, reports, cycle-counts and may support forecasts. Develop tactical improvement initiatives to meet both short and long-term goals.
- Manage individual KPI’s, Continuous Improvement initiatives, metrics and trackers.
- Maintain and adhere to applicable quality system policies and procedures associated with inventory management.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience/education in a Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or other quantitative discipline.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP (or other ERP systems)
Proficient with data analytics/manipulation (e.g. MS Excel, Access).
Willingness to perform overtime work as required to meet business demands.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $25 to $27 hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
