Customer Experience Coordinator
Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to provide supplementary support through analysis of multiple platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the business unit and technical partners
- Become the business team lead on multiple platform comparison documentation
- Understand the platform features, functionality and general object model
- Organize and assess the differences and similarities between multiple platforms
- Function as a counterpart to the product manager for platform comparison
- Communicate with product manager in pursuit of deliverables and milestones
- Coordinate resources and participate in weekly alignment sessions with product manager
- Facilitate delivery and review of materials by organizing information, scheduling meetings
and following up with product manager - Share updates on project status by working with product manager, technology organization
and CEP business leads to make sure that information is exchanged expeditiously, and we
are achieving the required weekly tasks to meet our major milestones - Update the feature comparison matrix with OCC and any refreshed info
- Create the attributes (fields) to compare in a similar matrix
- Verify the calculations across the platforms noting if they are the same or different and if
this is a result of calculation error or unique/different formula Provide list of attributes in primary platform that require disclaimers or corrections
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the capacity to exhibit those via
Microsoft Teams - Successful candidates will have a grasp of customer behavior
- Prior experience in the utilities industry a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience working in team environments to achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
This is a one month opportunity, Hybrid (four days in office) in Birmingham, Alabama
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
