Job Title: Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Creative Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple small to mid-scale projects. In this role, you will be the driving force behind project timelines, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, agency partners, and internal leadership. Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Independently manage day-to-day operations for multiple small to mid-scale creative projects, acting as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners.
- Leadership Reporting: Maintain meticulous oversight of project status, providing regular updates for a weekly leadership report.
- Meeting Management: Manage agendas, attendance, and timekeeping for leadership review meetings; capture and distribute comprehensive meeting notes.
- Timeline Management: Develop and drive project timelines, ensuring all key milestones and deadlines are clearly communicated to internal teams and agency partners.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage potential project roadblocks across all phases (concept, production, delivery), escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with brand management, production, legal, geos, clearance bodies, and internal leadership to secure timely creative approvals.
- Delivery & Archiving: Collaborate with production and agency teams to manage the delivery of creative assets across all channels, ensuring proper archiving upon project completion.
- Timezone Flexibility: This role requires the ability to work across UK and US time zones, with hours skewed towards early US mornings and later UK evenings to maximize collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in creative project management within an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- Comprehensive understanding of creative project lifecycles, from planning and concept development to production and final asset delivery.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong drive for finding efficiencies and improving processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60-67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
