Our Boston client in the dental insurance space is seeking a versatile Copywriter to add to their team. This content writer role will support the marketing team with compelling, engaging copywriting and editing. The ideal candidate will have a background in writing, with a strong understanding of marketing communications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a content or communications role for organizations
- The ability to write for a range of audiences, including clients, brokers, providers, and members, taking a single message and modifying the tone and voice to share across segments.
- Skilled in writing and editing a variety of content types, including one-pagers, brochures, emails, newsletters, presentations, white papers, case studies, online articles, and web and social media content. Must be proficient in AP Style
- Consummate editing and proofing skills; ability to simplify complex messaging into succinct and consumable communications.
- Collaborative in nature, working with various teams to fulfill requests. Includes meeting for project briefings, and sharing ideas on concepting, messaging, edits, etc. prior to design.
- Ability to brainstorm with graphic designers, as needed.
- Consult with business marketers and communications managers on web and social media content needs.
- Proactive in building relationships with subject matter experts, including conducting interviews to develop content, when necessary.
- Experience in dental / health care or insurance preferred but not required.
- Experience in working in a web design platform, such as Adobe AEM, to create and publish content pages, and in a project management software
This is a 100% remote opportunity with EST hours.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.99 – 49.99 / hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
