We are seeking a skilled B2B Campaign Copywriter to join our clients Commercial Marketing team and develop high-performing digital campaigns that drive results. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives and delivering strategic messaging tailored to the needs of B2B audiences across the funnel. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative problem-solving, storytelling expertise, and performance-driven content development to elevate our brand perception while achieving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and craft net-new digital campaigns for demand generation across multiple channels, including paid media, email, and social media.
- Collaboration: Partner with visual designers to create compelling, user-centered content that aligns with the customer journey and resonates across different levels of the B2B funnel-from sales enablement to thought leadership.
- Optimization: Test, analyze, and iterate on digital assets to improve performance and maximize impact in fast-paced sprints.
- Content Creation: Write persuasive, high-impact copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social channels, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 6+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in an in-house, startup, or agency environment.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your craft in B2B content and campaign development.
- Audience Focus: Solid experience working with B2B messaging and audiences.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes that align with business goals.
- Data-Driven: Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to shape strategies.
- Growth Mindset: Comfort navigating high-growth, dynamic environments and thriving under tight deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $59.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
