Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a contract Senior Human Resources Generalist to jump in and support their onsite West Deptford team! This position will work onsite five days a week and play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing employee relations.

About You:

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employment laws, employee relations, and union environments.
Previous experience in Workday is required.
Strong understanding of performance management, compensation, and compliance with labor regulations.
Experience managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and accommodations.

The Job:

Serve as the local HR expert, resolving complex HR matters that require onsite presence.
Provide employee relations support, including grievance handling, performance improvement plans, and workplace investigations.
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance strategies.
Support union-related HR processes, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
Conduct new hire onboarding and I-9 processing.
