Chapter Leader, Cash Solutions
The Role
The Chapter Leader, Business Enablement role in the Saving and Lending product area combines deep business, and product strategy skills, knowledge of customers’ needs to inform evolution and development of and financial products and experiences, with a passion for coaching and developing our associates. The Chapter Leader reports to the Head of Saving and Lending.
The Chapter Leader directly manages a team of business enablement associates. Business enablement associates are key members of the product area teams focused on driving the work forward in partnership with other multi-functional teams members. The Chapter Leader supports team members with the growth and development of their knowledge area, supporting them on ‘how to’ drive forward and execute while ensuring alignment on the work they perform. In addition, the Chapter Leader acts as a trusted business leader and consultant to the product area; the position is an integral part of the product team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 12- 15+ years professional experience with 5-10 years Financial Services experience
- Depth of knowledge:
- in financial products and banking services
- current and evolving consumer strategies, initiatives, and solutions to drive positive customer, and business outcomes.
- Experience focused on payments industry experience preferred
- Success in building relationships to:
- collaborate and break down silos between business units to share knowledge and expertise creating 'one team' environment.
- partner with product leaders in developing shared accountability for team members to add value in product development, innovation and align with product management standards.
- Minimum 7 years leading, developing and enabling teams, including but not limited to:
- Thoughtful training and development programs as well as hands on support so that chapter members reach their highest potential and deliver business results.
- partnering with business leaders on capacity planning and resource optimization to support business products and initiatives.
- Partnering with team/squad leaders to understand performance and capability development of chapter members.
- Participate and provide thought leadership in key business processes such as quarterly planning, retros and release planning.

Our vision is to expand the role Fidelity can play for our customers in this critical area of their finances, by offering innovative capabilities to serve the spending and saving needs of new and existing customers. This product area leads and develops Fidelity’s offerings such as 529 plans, retail heath savings, lending programs, cash management accounts and payments, including bill pay solutions, direct debit ACH transactions, check writing and others. All of these offerings align with our vision of becoming a more holistic partner for our clients across all life stages.
