Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Business and Cost Strategy Manager to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6.
Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and performs analysis of financial statements. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management. May monitor business performance by unit, division or brand. May run valuation models and manages financial analyses associated with mergers, acquisition and disposal processes. Analyzes financial performance, including comparison of actual results against planned results. Supports engineers to implement cloud business and cost management functions of the cArmy cloud baseline by identifying key processes and implementing metric collection, analysis, alerting, and reporting to support the needs of IT and business managers as well as mission/project customers. Advise the Government on efficient cloud usage and identify areas where less expensive services, savings programs, or consolidation of computing resources can produce savings and maintain required performance.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of working experience, may substitute experience for education such as High School graduate with 10+ years of experience; candidates with Armed Forces courses, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Intermediate qualification (e.g. Security+ CA) within 6 months of starting position.
- Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
