Our mortgage client is seeking an experienced AVP of Product Management with deep expertise in Velocify and related lead management platforms. This strategic, hands-on leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire lead lifecycle from initial acquisition and integration through ongoing optimization and ROI measurement. The ideal candidate is adept at configuring and maintaining Velocify systems, managing integrations with third-party providers, and streamlining operational workflows. This role requires a strong blend of technical aptitude, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams to maximize lead conversion and sales efficiency.  Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and continually refine lead management strategies that drive effective engagement, nurturing, and conversion. - Own end-to-end lead flow, from vendor relationship management and acquisition to workflow configuration and final ROI assessment- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality, velocity, and conversion rates. - Serve as the organization's Velocify subject matter expert, configuring and maintaining the platform without reliance on external support.- Build and manage Velocify-based workflows, including automated lead routing, prioritization rules, and scoring models that match leads with the right mortgage professionals. - Continually test and enhance the Velocify instance, ensuring flexibility and agility in response to evolving business requirements. - Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on lead management objectives and ensure seamless data flows across systems.- Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, articulating the impact of changes on overall business goals. " Integration & Vendor Management: - Manage relationships with external technology and lead sourcing partners, ensuring smooth integrations, optimal vendor performance, and alignment with organizational objectives. - Lead the integration of third-party dialing services and other lead generation tools into existing workflows, creating automated, self-sufficient solutions that enhance reporting transparency and efficiency. - Develop regular reporting cadences to measure progress on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, contact efficiency, and ROI by provider, business unit, and user level. o Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements backed by data-driven insights.  Skills and Attributes:- Significant hands-on experience with Velocify administration, configuration, and optimization; expert-level proficiency strongly desired. - Proven track record in lead management, including experience designing and refining end-to-end lead flows. - Minimum of 5-7 years of product management, sales operations, or related experience within financial services, mortgage lending, or a similarly regulated industry. - Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement- Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with a passion for optimizing processes and enhancing business performance. - Comfortable working in fast-paced settings and adapting quickly to changing business landscapes.
