We are looking for an Associate Food Safety Systems Specialist to join our Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Affairs (FSQRA) team onsite in either of our corporate locations in Omaha, Nebraska or Chicago, Illinois.

As the Associate Food Safety Systems Specialist, reporting to the Manager Food Safety Systems, you will draw from your science knowledge and data management/systems experience to serve as part of a team that is an important part of the food safety and microbiology program at Conagra. You will focus on the business needs and will integrate and organize business requests across the laboratories, regulatory, traceability, plant microbiological data, training, and customer care.
What you'll do in this role:
Provide technical support and data analysis for food safety systems, including troubleshooting and auditing data.
Collaborate with FSQRA and IT partners to implement new processes and technologies, using project management and agile delivery best practices.
Enhance data and reporting tools to deliver real-time food safety and quality data, and develop user training.
Conduct training sessions and promote best practices to improve data literacy across the organization.
Perform system use audits and manage Sample Manager.
Create reports using Power BI and support plant locations with system setups and training for go-lives and new rollouts.
Champion a positive food safety culture, takes ownership, and empowers others to take immediate action on matters concerning food safety
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelors degree required.
Working knowledge of systems such as SAP, SQL, Sample Manager, Palantir, Jira, Power BI, Food Logic, Infinity
Knowledge of food safety, food manufacturing processes, and technologies Sound report writing and presentation skills
Travel is at minimum 30%.
We require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.
You will work in the Omaha, NE office or Chicago IL office. This is not a remote position. You will usually be in the office Monday - Thursday. Fridays are usually remote.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
