We are looking for a dynamic communications professional to develop and implement employee engagement and communications strategies supporting our US Commercial and Medical Affairs team. You will help us connect our mission and culture to business priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a communication strategy for the US Commercial and Medical Affairs team, providing communications guidance to and serving as a direct partner of the US Leadership Team
Execute programs and campaigns supporting our highest impact employee engagement, culture, and business priorities – you will build communications strategies alongside leaders and will also roll up your sleeves to implement tactics
Refine, drive, and reinforce regular cadence across key communications channels to maximize employee engagement and leadership visibility
Develop written materials and editorial content including leadership messages, video scripts, talking points and other relevant assets to support our employee engagement priorities
Use a data-driven approach to measure what’s working and what’s not and continue to iterate and continuously improve
Collaborate across the Communication team to integrate and activate company-wide messages and programs within US commercial
Ensure alignment with and consistency between US-specific communications priorities and company-wide communications objectives
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Communications
In-house experience at a biotech or pharmaceutical company a plus
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic communication and employee engagement plans
Experience as a communications partner for internal business clients and executives
Experience delivering communications to remote and/or field audiences
Demonstrated support of organizational culture and transformation initiatives
Ability to bring creative and innovative approaches to engage and/or target internal audiences
Ability to translate strategy and science into clear, targeted materials for various audiences
Strong planning, project management, and influencing skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Viva Engage
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Proactive, self-starter with a sense of ownership and a drive to deliver results
Detail-oriented, critical thinker capable of managing multiple projects with aggressive timelines and changing priorities
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to navigate ambiguity with a high sense of urgency
