Salary Range - $66,100 - $95,700

The Assistant Pool Operations Manager will oversee the food and beverage and recreation areas on the resort's pool deck. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Pool and Operations Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills, food and beverage cost control experience is helpful.
