Job Description:
As the Agile Delivery Manager, you will oversee technology initiative planning and delivery of enterprise architecture to establish and support processes for the architecture team and to coordinate with partners and stakeholders. You will work closely with assigned teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery while facilitating communication and collaboration. Your role will significantly impact initiative planning and delivery, leading to better customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities
- Manage the Agile Delivery process across assigned teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration, identify risks, and resolve issues.
- Plan high-level initiatives, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Estimate sizing, effort, and cost; plan resources and delivery for all initiatives.
- Orchestrate delivery from internal and external vendor teams.
- Blend traditional project management principles with Agile methodologies.
- Assist in team development, hold teams accountable, and remove roadblocks.
- Support the Technical Product Owner in managing business expectations and transparency.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of all initiatives, including scoping, planning, delivery, and deployment.
- Use approved tools and methodologies to manage workloads, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Establish processes for the architecture team and support them in delivering work items.
- Represent the clientand ensure solution and system architects follow the process in ADO.
- Conduct agile ceremonies and coordinate with stakeholders to conduct hackathons.
- Establish processes for the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and ensure work distribution across the architecture team while mitigating risks.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of Agile Delivery Management experience or equivalent methodology.
- Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps)
- Experience in enterprise architecture and related tools
- Flexibility in working with various methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of business, IT, and vendor resources.
- Proficient with Agile Delivery and Project Management practices and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
