Customer Service Representative - Account Manger
Visionary Broadband seeks an accomplished, upbeat, and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Account Manager. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
Job Duties:
- Serves existing customers with account changes, move of services, upgrades payments, etc.
- Focus on building personal relationships with customers to help with customer retention
- This position will work in a separate phone queue exclusively for existing customers
- Prioritized goals to include upgrades/upsells and add on services which include VoIP sales and managed router sales
- This position will make outbound calls to our current customers to sell upgrades and add on services to generate additional revenue
Qualifications:
- A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:
- Prior sales/upselling experience preferred
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be available to work outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule 1-2 times per month for department meetings.
Compensation details: 19.23-20 Hourly Wage
